Liberty Gardens

Certified Naturally Grown Produce

                               Since 2000

Liberty Gardens is a family-run farm in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania.  We grow high quality, chemical-free produce for the restaurant trade locally and in New York City, about 90 minutes away.

We offer a high level of customer service, and are able to tailor our production to the specific demands of the restaurants we serve.

Our main crops include salad mixes, microgreens, baby vegetables and heirloom tomatoes.  We also grow a wide variety of produce for our local farmers' market.

For Chefs

Our year-round greenhouse is full of microgreens and salad greens. We grow them in soil on raised tables where they stay clean and are easier to harvest.  Please see our Product List for a full catalog of what we grow or  Contact Us to find out what's available this week.

Farmers' Market

This season you can find us at the Emmaus Farmers’ Market, Sundays, from 10am to 2pm, from May through October.  In the Spring, we’ll have vegetable and flower transplants – all certified naturally grown – as well as our salad greens, radishes, herbs, and other spring delights.

The summer will bring cucumbers, beets, squash, green beans, fingerling potatoes, heirloom tomatoes and more!  As we progress into fall, try our garlic, winter squash, leeks, broccoli and asian greens.  And don't forget our salad mixes and microgreens!

Our Farm

At Liberty Gardens, we grow high quality produce in an environmentally sustainable way.  The quality comes from the land.  We treat the soil with high regard, using composts, cover crops, mineral amendments, rotations and responsible tillage to preserve and enhance its quality.  We take pride in the craftsmanship that goes into our produce.

We are a member of Pennsylvania Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture (www.pasafarming.org), and are Certified Naturally Grown (http://www.naturallygrown.org) .
